Meet Mr. Metzler

Mr. Metzler is the new history teacher and athletic director here at Wakefield.
Mr. Metzler grew up in Bassett, NE. He lived there from 1982 until 1988. Then he moved to Wayne his junior year of high school and graduated from Wayne in 1990.
He went to college at UNL and then transferred and graduated from Wayne State.
Mr. Metzler married Susan Brudigam in October 2003. They have a daughter named Jordan that was born in October 2005.
What he likes about Wakefield is that the people are friendly and have a good work ethic.
Hopefully he will enjoy teaching here.
