7th and 8th grade students at Wakefield got a chance to show their musical talents on Monday, April 7. Students performed in small groups and large groups in both instrumental music and vocal music. Several solos were also performed for the audience of family and friends. Performances included the entire junior high band and choir, as well as solos and small groups with flutes, saxaphones, french horns, and the students own singing voices.
There will be a separate music concert for high school students (grades 9-12) on Monday, April 14, in the main gym.
