Homecoming shows School Pride

Wide range of activities

October 11, 2014

Throughout Homecoming Week, there were several activities that proved to be ways for students to show their school pride.  On Monday, 7-12 students teamed up with elementary groups to plan their part in Friday's pep rally.  Monday also consisted of approx. 90 minutes of hallway decorating.

Tuesday was Coronation, crowing the 2014 King and Queen (Levi Nelson and Taryn Hingst).  Students in PK-12 were in attendance. The volleyball team won their game that evening vs. Ponca.

Thursday was the FIFTH ANNUAL all-school photo.

Friday consisted of 7-12 students again gathering with elementary students and playing various board games.  In the afternoon, jr. high and high school students played their own board games, followed by the pep rally.  PK-12 students were all directly involved in parts of the pep rally, with the finale being the band playing and students singing the school song.

To cap off the week, the football team notched a big win against Plainview, and several students attended the dance at the school.

Homecoming 2014 was a huge success!  WAY TO GO TROJANS!
