Teens Opposed To Alcohol and Drugs

TOTAD is a drug free group sponsored by Kathy Mitchell. Students are eligible from sixth grade through high school. Each student must sign a commitment form at the beginning of the school year. TOTAD members attend many different events throughout the year including a hockey game during the winter and the Red/White football game in the spring. Also every year schools from the surrounding area host rallies and dances for the participants. At the rallies and dances there are speakers promoting a drug and alcohol free lifestyle. It teaches the kids ways of avoiding contact with drugs and alcohol and dealing with peer pressure.
