Letter of Intent Signing Ceremony
Maria Gonzalez received the prestigious Diversity Service Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Kearney! This scholarship is based on character, involvement in activities, and academic strength. Wakefield FCCLA Chapter members excel at the 2021 State Leadership Conference!
During the week of March 22-29, Wakefield Elementary, Jr. High, and High School students participated in Epilepsy Awareness Week. Students dressed up each day in outfits that varied from work out gear to superhero attire. The week ended with students wearing purple on Friday, World Epilepsy Day. The 2021 Latino Youth Summit hosted by Northeast Community College was a virtual event held the morning of Friday, March 26. Wakefield Receives 8th Place in Class C Schools
Wednesday, April 17, twenty-eight Wakefield high school students competed in 35 various academic areas. Because of COVID stipulations, students remained at school and tested virtually in three different time stations.
