High School Guidance Counselor Opening

Wakefield Community Schools has a High School Guidance Counselor opening for the 2022-23 school year.  A valid Nebraska teacher's certificate with appropriate endorsement is required.  This position does have an extended contract beyond the regular scheduled school year.  We are looking for a dynamic educator desiring to join our team with coaching skills preferred but not required. Collaborative staff, supportive community, significant technology support in each classroom, SMART-Board in every classroom.   All years of experience accepted.  Subject to veterans preference.   Position will remain open until filled. Learning Strategist Opening

Wakefield Community Schools has a new position for a Learning Strategist for the 2022-23 school year.  A Learning Strategist will implement tier 2 supports for students in general education through the use of inclusive strategies. Experience with co-teaching and/or differentiated instruction is needed to complete duties successfully. A valid Nebraska teacher's certificate with appropriate endorsement is required. Preference given to a candidate who possesses a K-12 or 7-12 special education endorsement.   We are looking for a dynamic educator desiring to join our team with coaching skills preferred but not required. K-12 Technology Instructor Opening

Wakefield Community Schools has a new position for a Technology Instructor for the 2022-23 school year.  Technology Instructor will be responsible for delivering direct instruction to students in grades K-12 following the Nebraska scope and sequence for technology instruction. A valid Nebraska teacher's certificate with computer science/information technology endorsement is required. Paraprofessional Opening

Wakefield Community School will have openings for elementary paraprofessionals in the 2021-22 school year.  If you are a dependable, caring individual we have an opening for you.  These are full time positions while school is in session.  The positions require a minimum of a 2-year degree or paraprofessional certification.  If you have any questions please contact Principal Jerad Wulf at 402-287-9892 or pick up an application at the high school office.  7-12 Grade Piano Accompanist
