Wakefield Community Schools would like to hear from the community as the school district creates a strategic plan for the future. We will hold a community engagement meeting on Wednesday, December 1st, 6:00-7:30 pm at the Wakefield Civic Center. The district will be asking for feedback on the following questions:
1. Identify the challenges that may impact the district in the next 3-5 years.
2. Identify what you believe are the top two most important areas the district might focus on to improve and expand learning facilities and grounds. (Functionality of learning space, safety and security, building access and parking, capacity to support student enrollment, building maintenance, extracurricular facilities, and grounds, etc).
3. How can the board/district improve communication to inform patrons of the district's needs and priorities.
