Wakefield Community School

The Anderson Dance Pavilion in Sioux City, IA was the site for this year’s Best of the Class event that was held Wednesday, April 27. Through this program, KCAU9 salutes the area’s top academic achievers. Valedictorians, or top academically-ranked students, from over 115 schools in the Tri-State area were honored with a special luncheon, program, and both individual and group photo sessions. Emma Rapper, top ranked student from Wakefield, represented Wakefield High School at this year’s event. As you watch KCAU TV throughout this spring, make sure to look for Emma’s video clip!
