On Monday, Wakefield hosted the Trojan Trot for students in grades 7-12 whose disabilities prevent them from participating on their school’s track team. Students enjoyed participating in events, spending time outdoors in the sunshine, and connecting with peers from other schools.

Mother Nature does not care that it’s the District Track Meet… thankfully, our coaches do!
Please note the MAJOR change in start time. Due to hurricane-force winds and to give our athletes the best possible outcome (and safety for pole vaulters), District Track will now begin at 3:00 PM. Running under the lights sounds 🤌✨

• Field Events (LJ, TJ, Shot, Discus): Top 2 + next 6 best distances (all districts)
