Huge shout-out to our first-ever P2 Powerhouses in the elementary! These students were recognized for consistently showing the Other People Mindset, engaging in P2 lessons, and modeling various Positivity Project strengths throughout the school year! On Monday, Wakefield hosted the Trojan Trot for students in grades 7-12 whose disabilities prevent them from participating on their school’s track team. Students enjoyed participating in events, spending time outdoors in the sunshine, and connecting with peers from other schools.
Thank you doesn’t seem like enough, but thank you so much for your years at Wakefield. Wishing you all the best in your new adventures and opportunities!

Please note the MAJOR change in start time. Due to hurricane-force winds and to give our athletes the best possible outcome (and safety for pole vaulters), District Track will now begin at 3:00 PM. Running under the lights sounds 🤌✨
