Wakefield Community Schools Seeks Community Input After Failed Bond Election Despite a setback in our recent bond election for school construction, the Wakefield Community School Board is committed to addressing the critical needs of our educational facilities. While the bond was not successful, the urgency to update and add to facilities spaces remains unchanged. To ensure we move forward in the best possible way, we are reaching out to our valued community members for their valuable input. In an effort to gather the thoughts, opinions, and suggestions of the Wakefield community, we are launching a short survey. We invite all community members to participate and share their insights on how we can better meet the needs of our students and educators. Your feedback is crucial in guiding the next steps for our school district and exploring the possibility of proposing another bond election in the future. The survey can be accessed online through our official website at wakefieldschools.org or directly here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WakefieldCommBond-English Here is a Spanish version of the survey as well; https://es.surveymonkey.com/r/WakefieldCommBond-Spanish Your input will help us make informed decisions that align with the wishes and priorities of the Wakefield community. We value your perspective, and your feedback will be instrumental in shaping the future of our schools. The results of the survey will be made public at upcoming open community forums, where we will share the findings and engage in open discussions with community members. These forums will provide an opportunity for residents to further voice their opinions and concerns. We understand that our community's needs and expectations are essential in planning for the growth and improvement of Wakefield Community Schools. We remain dedicated to transparency, collaboration, and serving the best interests of our students and the entire community. Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated. Together, we can ensure that our schools continue to provide a high-quality education and a safe, welcoming environment for all. Your input matters, and we thank you in advance for your contribution to the future of Wakefield Community Schools.
